If you have an outside RPZ Backflow device, we recommend that you winterize your system before the end of October. Backflow devices are susceptible to freezing temperatures and are very expensive to replace. If you Don’t have an Outside RPZ Backflow device, you can wait until November. Because we are a seasonal business we close the office around Thanksgiving. Any appointments after Thanksgiving will be considered late Winterizing and will have an additional $30.00 late fee attached to the normal charges. We recommend you call 412-462-4333 around the beginning of September or as as early as possible. Calling early will give you more options for your winterizing appointment.
